At Black October, all orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for delivery once your order has shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via the email address provided at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Black October is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. Black October does not accept returns or exchanges.
